The following guidelines govern the completion of the Arbitration Course offered by the Risol Dispute Resolution Center (RDRC) and the subsequent process for consideration of empanelment as an arbitrator:
- No Guaranteed Empanelment
- Successful completion of the Arbitration Course, including receipt of the completion certificate, does not in itself guarantee empanelment with the RDRC Panel of Arbitrators.
- Mandatory Submission of Additional Documents
- Upon completing the course, candidates seeking empanelment must submit the following documents in addition to the course completion certificate here:
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Cover Letter detailing arbitration expertise and intent
- Duly filled Application Form for empanelment
- Upon completing the course, candidates seeking empanelment must submit the following documents in addition to the course completion certificate here:
- Discretionary Selection Process
- The selection and empanelment of individuals to the RDRC Panel of Arbitrators shall be at the sole discretion of the RDRC Administrative Body, conducted in consultation with the RDRC Advisory Board.
- Reapplication in Case of Non-Selection
- If an applicant is not granted empanelment or if the application is rejected, the candidate may reapply after a period of three (3) months from the date of rejection.
These guidelines aim to uphold the highest standards of professional competence and ensure that the RDRC Panel of Arbitrators maintains a pool of highly qualified and experienced professionals in the field of arbitration.
